The Bachelor of Information Technology Study Program is a leading study program at Telkom University focusing on the areas of Cyber Security and Digital Innovation, with a Bachelor of Computer Science (S.Kom) degree and accredited as Superior by LAM INFOKOM and has obtained IABEE Provisionally Accredited status.
- According to research conducted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) on job demand in the United States between 2014 and 2024, the study found that information technology-based jobs saw a 21% to 39% increase in demand.
- The World Economic Forum, in its publication, Future of Jobs 2023, stated that ten jobs will be in high demand between 2024 and beyond. Among these ten jobs, those related to information technology are Information Security Analysts, Fintech Engineers, and Digital Transformation Specialists.
- The Business Insider website, in its publication entitled The 30 best high-paying jobs of the future, emphasizes that jobs with bright prospects are jobs in the nursing and software development fields (still in the same group as information technology).
